Si Casa Flores in Sutderlin

Waited over 2 hrs to get food then they got our orders fixed up. Food was okay but spicy. Unlikely to go there again.

Had a fine Mexican meal. Was served in a timely fashion & straight from the kitchen. Salsa & chips. One mild & one zesty .....Must check one of your boxes for local South of the border vittles. ****

The last time we were here, had the worst time ever. Had been going here for a long time. First ordered blended perfect margaritas, got them on the rocks. Sent them back, tasted like no tequila. Ordered chicken fajitas, no sour cream, came with sour cream, sent back. Got them with no peppers, only onions and chicken. Won't go back

Excellent food and great service

The atmosphere was festive, the wait team was polite and took very good care of us. And most of all our meal was layed out appealing and tasty fantastic

This was the nastiest Mexican food I've ever had!! I asked Google for a Mexican restaurant on my route and it suggested this place. Never will I trust Google suggestions again!! However, I could tell from the looks of their customers that they had no damn taste buds. I wouldn't even have given it the one star! Don't waste your money.

Love this place! A customer for over 15 years and always treated well. Food is great. Yes, they make a mistake once in a while, but always fix it with a smile.

The food was served hot (temp), great flavor. Tequila selection was lean but they do offer a few 100% blue weber agave drinkable tequila. No mezcal :( We wanted the carne asada but they ran out. I ordered a different dish, asked the waitress what cut of steak they use and she said "I don't know but it's very good, it's the same one they use for the CARNE ASADA"????I didn't argue it. I thought it was odd. The food was still very good and I'll go again.

While the food is good, and the service is as well, the one thing that gives me room for pause every time I consider Si Casa Flores for a dinner stop is the price. There are just other alternatives that provide just as good of a meal for a fraction of the cost.

Food good (for Oregonian Mexican). Service very accommodating. Very clean & nicely decorated in Mexican theme. Would gladly return whenever I'm in the area.

Very friendly place but food needs a touch of love

Wonderful atmosphere, authentic Mexican food. If your ever in the small town if Sutherlin, OR, and you want great Mexican food and experience, you can't go wrong here. Don't want people to know your having a margarita? Order a Mexican lemonade. They'll serve you a margarita in a regular glass. On the rocks, no salt. It's delicious!

Great food and good prices for what you get. Every time I've been there they the service was good, on top of things. Even close to closing time. Place is clean.

Food and service id always good. As are the drinks. They'd get 5 Stars if it didn't smell funny in the restaurant and if they gave fresh chips every visit. To often the chips are stale. With that said the food and the service are good enough to drive down from Springfield just to eat...

Have been loyal customer for 20yrs at si casa Flores, after not being able to go out for several months, I was excited to go sit down and have dinner with my granddaughter. We were highly disappointed the enchilada sauce was not the same, and no pico unless paid for, we got the simple cheese and enchiladas and the cheese wasn’t even melted, we took it to go to heat up in the microwave when I should of just left it on the table. Maybe one more try, we’ll see..

I've been going here for almost 18 years I have always loved there food and drinks and there service I also like the apmisphere. I love there salsa so much that I sometimes call them and buy some salsa from them great place 2 thumbs up

Good food. Drink was huge. Not sure if it had actual alcohol in it, but was tasty. Was not blended well enough ice chunks clogged straw and made it difficult to drink. Service was good as well. Food fresh and pleasing to the eye. Hot and delicious.

For starters.... Is your salsa speghetti sauce? There is no way that this is made like it is suppose to be. Immediately sat down and asked what we wanted. Is there a chance we can get situated and open the menu? My ice tea tastes like dirty dish water the rice is dry like it has been microwaved, the tortillas tasted like flour literally like I grabbed a handful of flour and ate it. They are dry and powdery. The chicken was dry but over saturated in cream that tastes like melted cream cheese. Taco Bell could figure this out and they aren't even authentic.

I was there tonight and have been going To Si Casa in Sutherlin since I was five years old. It took an hour to get a drink, the food was horrible, and when I was asked what was wrong with it I was told that it is the same cook that has been there for forever. So basically I’m wrong for not liking the food. I didn’t eat the meal and was still charged because I’m a “regular”. The salsa tastes like spaghetti sauce and there is no more pico because I was told the time before that tomatoes are too expensive. When Gabriel and Pancho were there this never happened. Needless to say I will never be going back there after being a loyal customer for 26 years.

We have always been loyal customers but the last 2 times we have gone we have left disappointed! Tonight we asked why once again is there NO pico de gallo and we were told that the price of tomatoes are too high! What??? When 2 people spend $50 on a meal that tomatoes should be included and they aren't I feel ripped off. Plus, not ONE TIME did the waiter ask us if we wanted a refill on our drinks or if we needed anything. Maybe we need to start going elsewhere........

Pretty sure we were price gouged. We go here all of the time. Family of six. Usually averages $100. Well the other night they charged us $160

Nobody answered the phone when we called several times to place an order. When we went in to just order to go the service was unimpressive. The food itself was also pretty generic.

What a beautiful group of hard working heart warming individuals. They made our evening shine.

In Sutherlin this is the best place for Mexican Food. If you like Mole try it here. Everyone is really nice.

No refill on chips or salsa, No Pico de gio, No shredded beef for taco only ground beef, tea VERY weak, No apology for taco, Just very stressed atmosphere now, Bummer

Really excellent chile rellenos, which is the food I use to gauge Mexican establishments. Tamales were quite good as well. Curbside takeout during C-19.

The food here was great and the portions were amazingly big for what you pay for.

Food was good. Service was nice but not very deligent about checking on us. Then after we gottheir attention for drink refills they avoided eye contact until we were all done eating. They were bot Very busy and had plenty of staff walking around. They just were not checking on and avoiding us.
